2025 Youth Volleyball
Algona Family YMCA Youth Volleyball is a developmental, recreational program for boys and girls in 1st through 4th grade. The program’s objectives are: development of volleyball skills, teaching sportsmanship and fair play, socialization among teammates and other teams, and enjoying the sport of volleyball.
How often are practices?
Kids will practice twice a week.
Will practices be at the Y?
All practices will be held in the Moss (large) gym at the Y.
Where will games be played?
All of the games will be held in the Moss (large) gym at the Y. We have games during the last 3 weeks of the program.
What does my child need to bring?
If your child has knee pads, by all means please wear them! However, playing without them will be just fine.
