Flag Football Rookie
You are never too young to enjoy fitness and team sports. Build confidence, teamwork, and decision making skills through the flag football skills of passing, catching, kicking, running with the ball and beginner skills of flag pulling.
Rookie Flag Football gives youth one more chance to focus on skills before moving up to our YMCA Youth Flag Football Program.
To make this program a success for your child please consider volunteering to help.
How often are practices?
Kids will practice once a week.
Will practices be at the Y?
All practices will be held on the field behind Grace Church, which is located right next to the Y.
What does my child need to bring?
Bring Water. Make sure child is wearing tennis shoes.
